When you make contact through our website ‘Contact Us’ page, your email address together with any information you feel necessary to provide will be stored securely only for as long as required for us to answer and complete any enquiry you have made.

We may collect third party information supplied by you – for example the names of persons to be inscribed on a Trophy/Memorial/Giftware and suchlike.

We will not share your data with another party without your expressed permission or unless compelled to do so by legal process instigated by Police / Courts or Corporate / Fiscal Regulations (our accountants for example or HM Revenue & Customs)
How We Use Your Data
We only use your data to complete a transaction enquiry that you have initiated.

We do not send advertising emails and will not contact you unless necessary as part of a transaction.


We will only pass on your data with your consent if it is necessary to fulfil a transaction.

For example:  You may ask us to create a Memorial Plaque for placement in a situation where permission is needed from  the Land Owner/Church/Cemetery Authority etc. and they may request contact with you and/or details to verify your entitlement to place an item in their domain.

Keeping Your Data
We may keep your name, address, email and contact numbers and invoice references on electronic media and paper format in order to:

1.  Forward products you have ordered

2.  Maintain contractual arrangements

3.  Maintain accounts for invoicing purposes and any data necessary to comply with Corporate/Fiscal/HMRC Regulations.


The Period of Data Retention
1 & 2 will vary in length of time necessary to fulfil an order or contract term to the satisfaction of you (The Customer).
For example:  emails and notes taken during the progression of an order will not be kept beyond the period necessary to complete the order but invoicing paperwork (as mentioned at 3. above) and bank payment references may be kept for up to seven years or as defined by current Corporate/Fiscal Law.

Securing Your Data
Data on electronic media (Hard Drive/USB removable data Stick) is encrypted.

Data kept on paper format is kept in a locked secure area.

Data that is no longer relevant is deleted from electronic media or if in paper format is securely shredded by us.  We do not pass any data to an outside party for destruction.

Accessing Your Data and Requesting Deletion or Amendment
You may request to see any data about you that is held by us and may request amendment or deletion of data other than that which we have to keep for Corporate/Fiscal purposes or legal purposes pursuant to an action against you to recover monies owing.

The data controller/s: Andy & Melanie Derriman may be contacted via our ‘Contact Us’ page or in writing and your request will be dealt with within one month.
There is no charge for this service.

You will have to provide evidence that you are entitled to access and instruct us to amend or delete such data.
